• Shipping Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are 24–48 hours for Dhaka and Chittagong Metropolitan areas, and 2–4 business days for all other districts across Bangladesh.
• Delays: Delivery schedules are estimates. Watch Note is not liable for logistics delays caused by severe weather, political disruptions, or third-party courier operational issues.
• Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the package by the carrier.

5. Discount & Promotional Policy

• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method or MFS. Outbound shipping fees and COD convenience charges are non-refundable.
